On Tues 28th August at 4.30pm, a white UNIPARTS van was using the the old railway track between Lancaster and Glasson as a rat-run.
I reported it to the Police, but UNIPARTS said that none of their vans were in that area. A blatant lie. It was going to fast to get the reg number
