In 2006 Councillor Gina Dowding - then Cabinet Member for Community Planning, Sustainability and Diversity and member of the CDT Project Board - recorded 2 brief videos about our Cycling Demonstration Town Project.
The first gives a general overview of the project (Overview), the second looks at what we're planning to spend the money on (Money).
Each clip has been produced in 3 different delivery formats (.mov, .wmv, .rm) for different media players, and each of these at 2 different bandwidths (for modem and for broadband users).

Sustrans have adapted their series of 8 cycling leaflets to compliment the TravelSmart project taking place in South Ribble, Preston, Lancaster & Morecambe in 2006-8.The leaflets are available to download as pdfs below. Please note that these files are large 2 - 3 MB and therefore may be slow to download.
